Create a Spot Card

Take a photo. WanderSpots automatically adds location information and a map pin. You tag it with the ideal conditions.

A front moves through. You check your WanderSpots map and list for locations. Filter by keywords to zero in on the right ones. Go and make a great image.

Not onsite? Create a Spot Card from any image on your phone or desktop or from one you found on social media. Import the photo, add a location and tag it.

Always in sync - use your desktop browser when planning and the mobile app in the field.

  • Photo - The image that made you stop — yours or a screenshot of what inspired you.

  • Coordinates and map - Location coordinates from your photo or select a pin location on the map with street, satellite and topographic views.

  • Tags - Season, Light, and Condition tags for filtering plus custom tags for everything else.

  • Conditions Panel - 7 day weather, Sun and Moon rise/set times. Blue Hour times and Moon %.

  • Notes - Access, parking, the trail fork, landmarks — anything worth remembering.
