Delete your account
No sign-in is needed to read this page or to request deletion by email.
Option 1: In the app
- Open WanderSpots and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Deletion begins immediately.
Option 2: By email
Email support@wanderspots.com from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in email
- All of your Spots
- All of your photos
- All of your notes and tags
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you want a copy, export your Spots first.
How long it takes
In-app deletion takes effect right away. Email requests are completed within a few business days of verification. Residual copies in backups are purged within 30 days.
