Who we are

WanderSpots is operated by Driftless Spaces, LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Your Spots are private

Your Spot library is private to you. It is never shared, published, or shown to other users. WanderSpots has no feed, followers, or public profiles.

What we collect

• Account email, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
• Spot content you create: photos, coordinates, elevation, tags and notes.
• Basic diagnostics, such as crash reports and app performance information, to keep the app working.

Location data

Location data comes only from the EXIF metadata of photos you add, or from a pin you place on the map yourself. WanderSpots does not track your location in the background.

Third-party services

• Supabase — authentication, database and photo storage.
• Mapbox — maps and geocoding.
• A weather provider — forecasts for your Spots' coordinates.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to WanderSpots.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Export and deletion

You can export or delete your data at any time from within the app, or by contacting us.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated Spots, photos and notes. See how to delete your account.
